Our cellar, located in the upper part of Montà, is a melting pot of old and new, and it is here that the tradition and new technologies meet to transform the product from the raw material into refined wines.
The company has got a cellar where the latest technologies for winemaking and wine refining have been introduced. For the processing of wines we use technologies such as the soft press and thermo-conditioned tanks, together with a bottling plant and cold rooms where the wine is stored to refine.
The large temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, the air conditioning systems for a constant control of temperature and humidity, together with the expert hands of our technicians, allow us to obtain high quality products.
A wing of the cellar is then reserved for aging and refining superior quality red wines in small oak barrels; a place where time seems to flow more slowly, where the silence, the scent of wood and the half-light blend into a union that seems almost surreal and magical.
