I VIGNETI
Today, like it was in the past, our cultivation and production systems are the best guarantee of quality and authenticity that we can offer to our customers.
Langa and Roero are two areas located in the heart of Piedmont, and although small, here is where some among the best wines in the world are born. Here the tradition for viticulture shines through every moment of human life. The vines (Arneis, Barbera, and Nebbiolo) enjoy a fortunate natural position and due to the particularly protected position it allows a production of great quality.
Our vines, around 20 hectares, are cultivated according to the traditional method, in the most rigorous respect for the environment and biological balance. We do not use chemical herbicides or harmful drugs; We exclusively use the old manual weeding systems together with the traditional treatments with sulphate of copper and sulfur. Furthermore, the use of anti-hail nets guarantees the same quality of our grapes and wines over the time.
The vineyards from which our grapes comes, are placed in areas with good exposure to the sun and the excellent soil that make possible to obtain quality wines. Our areas are: Cajalupo, Morinaldo, Cassinassa, Valdiana, Vagiana, Sulpiano, Fornace, San Grato.
From these lands every year great Piedmontese wines are produced, including the Roero Arneis, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Roero and Barolo.
The harvest is done manually, the pressing and vinification are carried out according to modern principles, but in full respect of the old traditions. Today like in the past, our cultivation and production systems are the best guarantee of quality and authenticity that we can offer to our customers.
